British Airways Aircraft 388 - I sat by the window and my daughter sat in the Twin combo row to the right of the British Airways A380-800. We changed the seat in the middle of the plane so that my daughter could sleep while resting her head on the body.
I'm 5'10" tall so I usually sit in Economy seats on long flights but I enjoy BA's seats on the A380-800, which are wider than Virgin's. 't. complain and use part of the legroom of my window seat, I can straighten my legs along the fuselage and the front seat so that the box is not a problem at all.
British Airways Aircraft 388
The backrests of the front seats are broken and constantly coming back, but other than the competition for my legs when I sleep, this does not affect me. Because our day started at 4 in the morning with a 4-hour drive and a 2.5-hour connecting flight, I felt very tired boarding the A380 flight at night and, thought, all hope would not be simple.
British Airways A380 Club Europe/club World Review [lhr Mad]
However, although I am a big fan of the B747, I can confirm that our A380 is a beautiful aircraft, clean, smooth and quiet, our flight attendant was a great performer and the whole flight was a great experience. The window provides a good view to the outside and the large door in the front.
Our captain kindly warned us that since we were in front of the kitchen, there would be noise for an hour during our flight, but after dinner, the curtains would be closed. closed.
The crew didn't bother us with their dinner plans. However, a few passengers annoyed me when they pulled the curtain, letting it open a little to let in the light. Each time, I was forced to close the gap in the curtain to guide the cab into the dark.
People should know that because these seats are in the back of the plane, the recline is not as good as the ones in the hotel, so these should be avoided if this is important.
Man V Plane
The overhead bins are a valuable asset as we always travel light with hand luggage and therefore don't need overhead bins.
BA's caterers outperformed South African caterers who gave JNB a foothold at LHR. The food is bad and not good and I was surprised to hear that they serve margarine instead of butter! We chose the Ovo Lacto Vegetarian option and for some reason the airline catering seems to think that vegetarians can only eat pasta and fruit! Fruit for dinner and the same fruit for breakfast!
While the food for the LHR-JNB branch was great - and, yes... including the delicious pasta - the JNB-LHR branch food was disappointing.
Two toilets in the front help in the back of the cabin, which is small and compact. Maybe because it was a night flight, there were no constant trips to the bathroom, loud noises, knocking on the door or lights flashing into the room when the door opened and closed.
British Airways A380 First Class Johannesburg To London
A lot of people won't choose the back seat, but we found them to be perfectly fine. Maybe, we were lucky with our crew and passengers or the fact that it was a red eye. However... I have no complaints.
Nice seat. More leg room but as noted, it is a little narrow because of the tray in the armrest. In addition, do not leave the bags on the floor when taking off and landing, so all bags should be placed overhead. There are really not many heads, so try to get to the plane early or save your luggage. You can't leave a bag a row or two in front because it's WT+ (although I think the flight attendant can do the same for you).
The window seat has a small magazine rack for general in-flight information, and there is enough space between the seat surface and the wall to put a blanket and some newspaper or fabric. text. Annoyingly, the back seat has a stash window (and under seat stash) so I guess you could say this setup is a bit of a problem. On my flight, the passenger behind me went in and out of his window probably 100 times during the six-hour flight. This is a bit of a problem because "clicking" on the latch is expanding my upper window and only inches from your ear (not even tilted).
There is no window in this seat (which may not be a problem). The exit door itself has a small window at the top that is very high, so if you get out of your seat you can see, but since the upper deck is far from the fuselage curve, you never see. good soil

Many reviews of this seat mention "bumps" out of the exit door and near the toilet. The button is not a problem, although you have to adjust the thread to get in and out of the seat (again because of the curved wall). All the free space on the floor (I'm 6'3" tall and have room to reach my legs and then maybe another 2') I grabbed my bag and put it on the footrest, good beautiful song.
The "crash" prevents anyone from coming close in front of you, so while waiting in line for the bathroom will be a small problem for the seats, it should not be the point for the window. There are two bathrooms in the front of this section and then two more in the back (which also make up the small ones in the back).
This is a BA Economy Class flight, the service is pleasant and professional but every year it costs less. Now there are no snacks with the first service, and "lunch" an hour before arrival is a bag of crisps. The meal itself was good - very average.
I rate this seat better than the WT+ (Premium Economy Class) seat in the front of the row. While the seat is a little wider, it has less legroom, the food is almost the same (BA brought back better cutlery because of competition but the food itself is not better). However, that seat is close to the bathroom. You almost put your hands on the toilet when the door opens while sitting on the couch. That's scary - especially for a "premium" seat. (Virgin's 787 has similar Economy seats. There should be a law saying you can't eat food at least two meters from your toilet seat. It's horrible .
Secret Of Seat 25d: Get First Class Ba Superjumbo Legroom At Economy Prices
It's a round trip, but my upper 64E seat is in the middle in Economy. It is slightly wider and has more legroom with legroom. It was the only table I could find and paid $84.00 for it. It is not necessary. I'm not interested, but another option would be the end of the plane next to the bathroom. The woman next to me was too drunk on the plane's white alcohol British had served. He broke a glass, luckily my foot was not in the way. He gets in and out of his seat to go to the bathroom and up and down to get his things out. he left his luggage next to his seat blocking some of the road and it was very difficult for me to pass the luggage to get out of my middle seat. I'm disappointed in British Airways' for free alcohol. It doesn't have to be. People get drunk and lose control and get dirty. The seat design is not the greatest. The food is average, but the pizza is terrible. Part is limited. Performance could be better. Being in London for 5 hours is too long. And at that there is 1 more hour - delay before departure. My Fitbit registered 2 more miles than I did at the UK station. The woman in front of me reclined her chair in my face and I couldn't move. Some people don't like others. On the other hand, the old man from Los Angeles - sitting to my left - is a respectful, easy-going person, careful as he moves in his chair.
Glass bottles, cups, etc. should not be used. Alcohol should not be consumed. the price is better than all the nonsense British airlines offer travelers. The goal is to ensure that all passengers travel safely and eat as much as possible
